There were two games tonight at Dodger Stadium.

The first couple paragraphs of my game story quickly reflect that. The story for the early editions focuses on the ball flying out of Dodger Stadium — four home runs for the Mariners, one for the Dodgers — and the fact that this has been happening since Opening Day.

ESPN.com’s Park Factors for 2014 rated Dodger Stadium as the 27th-most hitter friendly park in baseball. In a handful of games this season, it’s one of the five most hitter-friendly parks in MLB. Oh, and all of tonight’s home runs came in the first five innings. Go figure.

Dodgers spring training 2015: Lineups for split-squad games against Mariners, Brewers.

The Dodgers are dividing their roster today for the first of four split-squad days this spring. Both games start at noon. Don Mattingly is managing the home game against Seattle while bench coach Tim Wallach will serve as the manager against Milwaukee in Maryvale.

Note that the game against the Mariners will be broadcast live on SportsNet LA, while the game against the Brewers will be tape-delayed on MLB Network. This is one of six spring games that won’t be blacked out in SportsNet LA markets.

Here are the lineups for both games:

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Right-hander Zach Lee will make his Cactus League debut against the Milwaukee Brewers in Maryvale, while left-hander David Huff will start the Dodgers’ other split-squad game at home against the Seattle Mariners, manager Don Mattingly said Wednesday.

Both games begin at noon Pacific Time.

Uber-prospect Julio Urias is scheduled to pitch in relief of Huff at Camelback Ranch, though Mattingly said Wednesday “that could be changed.” Mattingly will manage the game at Camelback Ranch.

Mattingly said tentatively that Brandon McCarthy will start Saturday’s game against the Cleveland Indians in Goodyear.

For now, the Dodgers starters will get only “four innings, a couple at-bats.” So if you’re coming to any of these games and want to watch someone whose name you’ll recognize, arrive early.

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Josh Beckett had a bad day.

Joc Pederson had a long day.

Neither was alone.

Tim Wallach added to Seattle Mariners’ list of managerial candidates.

Wallach mugConfirming an earlier report by CBSsports.com, Dodgers third base coach Tim Wallach is a candidate for the Seattle Mariners’ managerial vacancy. Wallach has also interviewed for the Detroit Tigers’ managerial job.

Wallach wasn’t believed to be a candidate in Seattle as recently as yesterday, so that might not bode well for San Francisco Giants bench coach Ron Wotus, Detroit Tigers hitting coach Lloyd McClendon and Oakland A’s bench coach Chip Hale, all of whom interviewed for the job previously. However, CBSsports.com reports that the Seattle has a very long list of candidates to replace Eric Wedge, so the vetting process might be unfolding slowly by design.

At least one former Dodgers pitcher has endorsed Wallach for his hometown team:
