It took a while, but we can report the final terms of the trade sending Matt Kemp to the San Diego Padres.

It’s probably not fair to judge this move in a vacuum, but that’s how Matt Kemp has been judged for the last eight seasons. So judge away:
The Dodgers aren’t done dealing, as I explained in my last post, but they were plenty busy at the Winter Meetings.
Gone are Matt Kemp, Dee Gordon, Tim Federowicz, Miguel Rojas and reportedly prospect Tom Windle. In are Jimmy Rollins, Howie Kendrick, Brandon McCarthy, Chris Hatcher, Yasmani Grandal and others.

Well, you got your wish. Sort of.
In my last poll, I asked which Dodgers coach or executive should be fired. About 94 percent of you thought someone should lose their job and just under half of you thought it should be general manager Ned Colletti. Don Mattingly was a relatively distant second.
Thursday morning, we awoke to find a Dodger team with no general manager, Andrew Friedman as President of Baseball Operations, and Colletti serving Friedman and Stan Kasten in an advisory capacity. (If you slept through Wednesday, here’s the full story.)

Compared to 2013 the Dodgers made progress in the regular season, winning 94 games, only to regress come October. This year they won just one game in the postseason; last year they won five.
Inevitably, there will be personnel changes. We’ll get to the players in the coming days and weeks. Today we ask: who among the Dodgers coaches and executives would you dismiss?

Last year, the Dodgers’ roster for the National League Division Series and NL Championship Series included six relief pitchers. It also featured a starting pitcher (Chris Capuano in the first round, Edinson Volquez in the second) who essentially served as a long reliever/emergency starter.
This year, it’s anyone’s guess what the Dodgers will do after clinching a playoff spot last night.
The bullpen had its issues in an 8-7 loss to the Cubs on Saturday. There are many question marks, but here’s the big one: Who would you bring?
