Brett Anderson’s rehab start Tuesday will be in Stockton or Colorado Springs.

Dodgers pitcher Brett Anderson said his next rehab start Tuesday will either take place in Stockton or Colorado Springs — where the Dodgers’ Single-A affiliate (Rancho Cucamonga) and Triple-A affiliate (Oklahoma City) are playing road games, respectively.

Anderson pitched three innings in Rancho Cucamonga Thursday night, his first competitive game of the season. He’ll throw a bullpen session tomorrow at Dodger Stadium.

The veteran left-hander had surgery in March on a herniated disc in his lower back.

Brock Stewart will start for the Dodgers on Wednesday.

PITTSBURGH — The Dodgers will recall pitcher Brock Stewart from Triple-A Oklahoma City to start Wednesday’s game in Milwaukee. Stewart, 24, will be making his major league debut.

The promotion will be Stewart’s third in less than three months.

A sixth-round draft pick out of Illinois State University in 2014, Stewart began the season at Single-A Rancho Cucamonga. After making two starts in which he allowed only one run, Stewart was promoted to Double-A Tulsa, where he posted a 1.12 ERA in nine starts.

Stewart was 3-0 with a 2.89 ERA in three starts at Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Baseball America had this scouting report on Stewart, whose father is a scout for the Tampa Bay Rays.

The Dodgers’ Single-A affiliate Rancho Cucamonga Quakes lost 10-4 to the High Desert Mavericks tonight. Throw out the runs, hits and errors though. In the top of the sixth inning, Quakes pitcher Luis De Paula hit Mavericks batter Travis Demeritte with a pitch. What followed is the part of the game anyone in attendance at the Epicenter will remember:

Only De Paula, the Quakes’ pitcher, was ejected.

Hyun-Jin Ryu throws four shutout innings in Single-A rehab start.

Dodgers pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu threw four shutout innings Friday for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga, his second consecutive rehab start since re-starting his assignment.

Ryu walked one San Jose Giants batter and struck out five while throwing 60 pitches. One, a curveball, was clocked on the Municipal Stadium radar gun at 61 mph, according to the Giants’ broadcast.

Ryu allowed one earned run in three innings in his first rehab start for Rancho Cucamonga on June 12.

Yasiel Puig seven innings in right field for the second consecutive day. The right fielder, who is rehabbing from a strained left hamstring, went 1 for 3 with a single. He was caught stealing second base in the first inning — the third consecutive game in which he’s attempted a stolen base (he’s been successful once).

Brandon McCarthy throws three innings for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga.

Brandon McCarthy‘s second minor league rehab game went one inning longer than the first. The right-hander allowed two runs in three innings Thursday for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga in San Jose, including one home run. He walked no batters and struck out four.

The Giants were 3-for-3 on stolen base attempts against McCarthy, who needed 48 pitches to get through the three innings. He pitched two innings for the Quakes last Saturday in Lake Elsinore.

Hyun-jin Ryu will make a rehab start for Rancho Cucamonga tomorrow, his second since re-starting his minor league assignment.

Yasiel Puig played seven innings in right field, and singled, walked and stole a base in three plate appearances. He’s expected to play another seven innings tomorrow.
