SAN FRANCISCO — The Dodgers signed right-handed pitcher Sam LeCure to a minor league contract and assigned him to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

LeCure, 31, made 250 appearances over the last six seasons for the Cincinnati Reds, all but 10 in relief. He has a 10-16 record and a 3.51 ERA (3.75 FIP) in his career. LeCure split last season between the majors and Triple-A, and spent spring training in the Arizona Diamondbacks’ camp until he was released.

In eight Cactus League appearances, LeCure allowed seven runs and 11 hits in eight innings. He’s with the team on its season-opening road trip to Nashville.
