32nd Occasional Doo Dah Parade Grand Marshal Charles Phoenix and Doo Dah Tsar and Light Bringer Project President Tom Costen were on KPCC yesterday on Patt Morrison's show. They discussed the history of the parade, what to expect this year and future hopes for the event.
