Happy Halloween from the Royal Pup

Dear Readers,

My mom’s busy getting ready for the Halloween party at her work, so I took the opportunity to say hello.

My friend Aggie sent me some photos of herself as Cinderella. Isn’t she precious?!  I just love this time of year~ all the treats… and some of the tricks!

Have a happy and safe Halloween and a wonderful fall!!

Paws up,

Atticus

Be a part of the Doo Dah Parade

I know it’s early, but I want to make sure you don’t miss out on a fun opportunity!

The Gallery at the End of the World will again be sponsoring the Queen of Arts float, also known as the Very Outgoing Queen entry, in the 33rd Occasional Pasadena Doo Dah Parade on Sunday, Jan. 17.

Artist Dave Lovejoy has offered to man the helm for a second time, lending his amazing talents to come up with an extraordinary float design to properly fete outgoing Queen Skittles.

Here’s where you come in:

The Gallery at the End of the World is seeking people to help work on the float over several weekends. No art experience is necessary, just a good attitude. Dates to be determined, but definitely in the latter part of December and early January.

People are also invited to be part of the entry on parade day, Jan. 17. You will can wear whatever costume you like and may walk, bicycle, skateboard, rollerskate or travel down the route with us in any non-motorized fashion you desire. Props relating to the entry will be provided for you.

The Gallery is also especially seeking percussionists and other people with a penchant for rhythm~ we want to make some noise as we travel the route! Some instruments will be provided.

For more information and to get on our e-mailing list so you can receive updates on the Queen of Arts float, drop me an e-mail at michelle.mills@sgvn.com  Indicate GATOW float in the subject line.

Now, carry on, as you were,

31st Occasional Pasadena Doo Dah Queen Naughty Mickie
