Ryan Carter re-ups

The Ducks signed Ryan Carter to a three-year contract today. I’ll talk to him this afternoon, get some numbers in the paper tomorrow … but what a reward for a guy who wasn’t expected to be a major contributor – then ended up bumping Doug Weight from the rotation in the playoffs.

Carter’s NHL stats: 4 goals, 4 assists, 36 penalty minutes in 34 games.
