The Anaheim Ducks signed left wing Eric Tangradi to a three-year entry-level contract Tuesday. The contract is believed to be closer to the league minimum ($475,000) than the Logan MacMillan/Bobby Ryan $1 million-plus range.

Tangradi was the 42nd overall pick in the 2007 draft. The 19-year-old has appeared in 32 games with the Belleville Bulls of the Ontario Hockey League this season, netting 20 goals and 46 points. That ranks fourth overall in the OHL. He will compete for the U.S. Junior National team in Ottawa starting Dec. 26.
