Ducks 5, Sharks 2.

| | Comments (0)
The Ducks went up 2-0 in the first six minutes, saw it evaporate over the next 20, then scored the game's final three goals to win an incredibly critical game against a possible first-round playoff opponent.

Bobby Ryan scored twice, Corey Perry, Teemu Selanne and Mike Brown notched one goal apiece, Ryan Getzlaf had four assists, and the two teams will do it again tomorrow at Honda Center.

In a busy night for the West's bubble teams, the St. Louis Blues lost in overtime in Dallas and Columbus lost in a shootout in Nashville. That means the Ducks are a point behind the fading Blue Jackets for sixth in the conference standings, with Nashville and St. Louis tied for eighth, two points behind the Ducks. What fun this has become!
