Mitera assigned to Bakersfield.

Defenseman Mark Mitera, who had appeared in just five games for the AHL’s San Antonio Rampage, has been reassigned to the Ducks’ ECHL affiliate in Bakersfield.

The 22-year-old was Anaheim’s first choice (19th overall) in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. A healthy scratch in nine games, Mitera was held scoreless in his five appearances.

  1. Awesome. i’ll consider this an answer to my previous question and say thank you Hoornstra. By the way, tough split for the Badgers. Gardiner and Schultz looked good. You should really use their Ducks prospects status as a reason to talk Badger hockey on the Quackalackin’ blog
