The Tampa Bay Lightning have placed Drew Miller on waivers. Miller, who was traded by the Ducks to the Lightning for Evgeny Artyukhin in August, had zero points and 10 shots in 13 games for Tampa Bay, never finding a permanent place in the forward corps.
