*Meals for Mom

Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Description:Are you a family on-the-go who needs some help with dinner? Chef Malissa will shop, chop, and prepare the ingredients for each of the meals. All you do is assemble your meals, attach the labels, and freeze. Each consists of 5 entrees. Ages 18 and above. Non residents add $4 per class. 4 servings/entree: $170 per person or $300/ 2 people, 6 servings/entree: $190 per person or $350/ 2 people.

Entrees: Grilled carne asada, baked sweet and sour chicken, basil shrimp with feta and orzo, stuffed bell peppers, penne with six cheeses.
