Boy you just have to love a politician...they can spin just about any type of improper behavior. Unfortunately, this type of mis-use of funds is taking place at all levels of govenment. The tribune and related papers, have been bringing out some of that behavior at the local level with council spending habits. Keep up the good work letting folks know how their elected officials, and city representatives, are using taxpayer dollars.
