Democrat * Assembly members Mike Eng of Monterey Park, Ed Hernandez of West Covina and Anthony Portantino of La Caada Flintridge were the only ones from our area to decline $3,110 pay raises that went into effect this month, which moved annual salaries to $113,098 from $116,208.
