Live blogging the California presidential primary debates
Republican presidential debate will be on Jan. 30 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential library and the Democratic debate on Jan. 31 will be at the Kodak Theater. We'll be sending reporters to both and have them blog. Don't know if it will be interesting, but let's see what happens.

what do you think your reporters will write about that's different from all the other news outlets?

I don't know. There are people who come to our site who don't or may not go to political sites. If it's not interesting or different then it will be a one shot effort. We certainly could use the skills learned to cover local contests as well. For the reporters, it's good and fun experience, and that was a factor as well.
