Primrose demands; Monrovia stalls

I imagine it's not as clear cut as that. According to the Primrose blog, the city promised signs to slow down traffic, but some residents apparently were cool on the idea. Most though want it.

Well, reasonable people can disagree over whether they were promised and processes and such.

What is not disputable, is that we have emailed the City (and posted requests for information on the blog) none of which have been responded too.

Combine that with things like putting a letter out to all residents saying that the folks at the meeting agreed to rumble strips, and something seems very out of whack.

If Scott Ochoa would reply to an email, we could probably make a lot of headway. Unfortunately, he's chosen not to.
