Former SGVN political editor and Pasadena Star News reporter Gary Scott has long derided newspapers' online strategy, saying if they only care about hits they should just post porn. But what if they just called it art? (h/t LAO)

This Gary guy knows his S*#$. Everyone complains advertising is low. Heres my proposel. Run porn ads in your paper. They bring lots of money. Run lots of porn in your website, for pay obcourse. Porm sites have been in business, and very brisk business for tens of years. Follow their lead and you willbecome successful.
