County schools sponsors Federal Child and Adult Care Food program

The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools announces sponsorship of the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Pursuant to Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 226, day care home providers under our sponsorship shall provide meals at no separate charge. 

The meals are available to all participants without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age or handicap.

In accordance with federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
