New York Times writes story on NCLB

Hello readers, happy Sunday.

Just got an e-mail about the New York Times today about the Obama administration on Saturday calling for a broad overhaul of NCLB, proposing to reshape divisive provisions that encouraged instructors to teach to tests, narrowed the curriculum, and labeled one in three American schools as failing.
