Challenger Canchola wins big in El Rancho Unified board race

Challenger for El Rancho Unified board Rachel Canchola trounced competition, finishing first with 2,807 with all precincts reporting. Incumbents Rita Jo Ramirez finished second with 1,876 votes, followed by Joe Rivera, who finished with 1,849.
