Charter Oak Unified incumbent loses seat

With 100 percent of precincts reporting, David R. Rose lost his seat to challenger Don Davis in Charter Oak Unified's school board race.

There were four candidates competing for two seats. For the second seat, Jane Bock was re-elected.
