Duarte city council incumbents hold lead with just two precincts remaining

With seven of nine precincts reporting, Duarte incumbents Margaret Finlay, Tzeitel Paras-Caracci and Phil Reyes are poised to reclaim their council seats.

The top three finishers win seats and all six challengers trail the incumbents.
