Morones closes in on incumbent Beilke

Pico Rivera City Council candidate and challenger Marty Morones has closed in on incumbent Ron Beilke, trailing by only 4 votes at 11:00 p.m. Beilke had 435 votes and Morones had 431. The two are in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
