South Pasadena City Council incumbents finish on top

South Pasadena City Council incumbents Michael Carracci and Philip Putnam are the top two finishers and will retain their seats with all precincts now reporting.

Two seats were up for grabs and will be reclaimed by Carracci and Putnam. Challenger William Sherman finished in third place.
