...but something about this dress (by Lanvin) makes us think, Is it finished?
We'll just say she was in a hurry to put little Suri and Tom to bed and didn't have time to tighten up the hem so it didn't look so much like the drapes in Tom's Suri's nursery (Yes, that's what we'll say).
