The only thing troublesome about that intersection is the idiots that drive through the red lights. How they can't see a big, nay huge, silver bus crossing their path defies explanation.
That said, were the recently installed red light cameras working? Did they record the event?

Don't know about the red-light cams, but those big flashing "BUS COMING" lights are a pretty big clue.
