AT&T, you're all right

| | Comments (1) |

After our phone went out due to the high winds last Thursday, I wondered how long it would take AT&T (formerly SBC) to repair the line (I could see the ripped-out phone wire on the ground in my backyard). Well, I put in the service request via Internet (yes, I connected to one of my neighbors' wireless routers to do it) that night, and the service guy was there the following morning to fix the line. Thanks, AT&T! You are all right.

Hey! I just moved to Van Nuys and need to get a DSL server or access or something. But they say no one can get it here in this "Bermuda Triangle" of a neighborhood. AOL is frelling slow, awkward and rude...

Do you have a suggestion for one? AT&T? Our tv cable is thru Time/Warner - is that an option? Thanks - just found your blog and love it. Plus, Rosie Oh is not very nice to work for.
