Starbucks in Burbank closing, according to unconfirmed report

| | Comments (2) |

Deep in the comments at Starbucks Gossip, I learned:

Today I heard in Burbank CA, Victory and Empire was closing, but the manager doesn't even know yet. I am in a neighboring district and found out before her. that sux.

That would be this outlet:

Victory & Empire, Burbank
1711 North Victory Place
Burbank, CA 91502
818-843-3979

A few more of these and I might start a map of my own. Until then, there's the Google Map started by the Seattle Times.

Wow, not cool for that crew. I like the interactive map. Sad to see the Bowie, MD store closing (I go to MD every now and then).

By the way, is everyone ready for Vivanno Nourishing Blends? Whatever you do, DON'T call them smoothies!!! SBUX will strike you down for doing that! Yes, SBUX will soon be serving "Banana Chocolate Blend", and "Orange Mango Blend." And don't forget Tango Sorbettos!!!! I think we're getting five of those.

And not a drop of coffee in any of our new drinks. We promise!

We leaned how to handle and store bananas recently.

I'm suddenly feeling sick to my stomach and massively depressed, so I gotta go. :)

My daughter was a dedicated (4 years) employee to the starbucks in The Great Indoors in burbank. This past tuesday they decided to close the doors without any notice or warning. If this is the way Starbucks treats their employees then the owners can all go back to Seattle. Not only did she not get paid for her vacation time but they were all left out high & dry. A number of the employees were dependant on that paycheck to keep a roof over their heads. Shame on Starbucks.
Sincerely,
"never messs with a mothers cub"
