The PlyoCity/Ocean View High Tournament of Champions had a big turnout of college coaches Monday night.

Among the schools represented, were Long Beach State, USC and UCLA.

Representing the 49ers, Trojans and Bruins were, respectively, assistant coaches John Masi, Bob Cantu and Scott Garson.

There were approximately 15 schools represented when Compton and Harvard-Westlake, led by high profile juniors DeMar Derozan and Renardo Woolridge, played. Pac-10 head coaches Herb Sendek (Arizona State) and Ben Braun (Cal) were there to see that one. The 6-6 Derozan was spectacular at times.

The winners Monday were Notre Dame (Sherman Oaks), Compton, Villa Park and Centennial.

This evening's matchups are: 3:30, Notre Dame vs. Cabrillo; 5, Dominguez vs. Rancho Verde; 6:30, Lakewood vs. JSerra; 8, Clovis West vs. Compton.
