Another surprise at 29

I had heard a few weeks ago that Phoenix liked Alando Tucker of Wisconsin.

Obviously, I didn't buy into it because not only didn't I have the Suns taking him, I didn't have anyone taking him in teh first round.

But the Suns took him at 29.

Does he handle and jump shoot the ball well enough to be a full-time guard in the NBA? I have my doubts.
