Thaddeus Young of Georgia Tech beat Nick Young of USC to the draft podium.

In a mild surprise, Philadelphia took the Georgia Tech freshman instead of Florida State senior Al Thornton.

Young turned 19 last Thursday while Thornton turns 24 in December. Youth was served (yeah, the pun was intended).

Look for New Orleans to opt for USC's Young at No. 13
