The World Champion Spurs have a roster dotted with non-Americans.
And they just dipped into that non-U.S. market again, picking 6-10 Tiago Splitter, who is from Brazil and has played in Italy for several seasons.
I've now got 26 selections corrections among the first 28 picks.
