Deep in the heart of Rancho Santa Margarita . . .

I'm at Tesoro High and had a much shorter drive here than did the Los Alamitos High football faithful, since I live about seven miles south of here in beautiful Laguna Niguel.

My wireless Internet connection is working (sort of) very, very slowly so that could spell danger this evening as I cover the Los Alamitos-Tesoro first-round Pac-5 Division playoff game.

Other PTers out tonight include Robert Morales (Lakewood-Servite), Bob Keisser (Poly-Bishop Amat) and Dave Felton (Mayfair-Calvary Chapel).

I'll do my best to get updates from them and at least get their scores posted on the blog, as well as details on this game.

Wish us luck, boys and girls . . .
