It's halftime and UCLA is up by two points

UCLA was up 11 points early but USC, despite having Taj Gibson on the bench for about 15 minutes with three fouls, managed to get to within 33-31 at intermission.

Trojans' Coach Tim Floyd has to feel pretty good about only being down by two points, all things considered.

The Bruins' offense got very sluggish after that initial 19-8 burst and their defense broke down a bit, as well, most notably in the closing seconds when 6-10 Keith Wilkinson, of all people, beat them off the dribble from about 15 feet away and scored on a left-handed layup for the final points of the half.
