According to a couple of sources with insight into the situation, Arizona State sophomore James Harden will likely announce on either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week his intention to enter the NBA Draft pool.
The 2007 graduate of Artesia High and consensus first-team All-America -- a member of the Press-Telegram's 2006-07 Best in the West team and the Pacific 10 Conference Player of the Year -- could be one of the first 10 selections in the June 25 draft.
