Here are the semifinal championship bracket match-ups in today's Fullcourt Press Fall Hoops Classic at Lynwood High:
1:40 p.m., Poly vs. Mater Dei; 2:50, Las Vegas Bishop Gorman vs. Belmont Shore.
The championship game is set for 6:20 p.m.
Beware: Mater Dei guard Gary Franklin didn't play Saturday because he was on a recruiting visit to Baylor. I'm not sure if he returns in time to play today. And Bishop Gorman's Shabazz Muhammed, one of the best sophomores in the country, suffered a sprained ankle in the quarterfinals last night and may not be able to play today.
An possibly intriguing individual matchup at 1:40: Poly's Shelton Boykin (who is committed to Long Beach State) vs. Mater Dei's Tyler Lamb, who plans to sign with UCLA in November.
