The Jackrabbits finally generated some offense, with Michael Simmons capping a 50-yard drive with a 9-yard scoring run 46 seconds before intermission . . . and now it's intermission with the Trinity League team up nine points.

Poly's defense played a bit better in the second quarter but, despite the late burst of offense by the Moore League team, the Friars still appear to be well in control of things.

Sophomore quarterback Dylan Lagarde threw well on that Poly drive. Let's see if he is on the field after the Jackrabbits take the kickoff to start the second half.
