I'm covering Millikan at Gahr . . . it should be entertaining and, I would think, relatively high scoring, right?

Robert Morales will be staffing Lakewood at Crenshaw for us. Hopefully I'll get updates from him and will post them on this blog . . .

That should be a heck of a game . . . possibly the best of the "high-profile" games since Servite dispensed with Poly in a game that didn't prove to be very competitive at all.

If the Lancers come out of this one with a reasonably impressive victory (and, considering the caliber of team the Cougars have, any victory would be impressive . . . we're just talking degrees of impressiveness now), I'll vote them No. 1 on my CIF Southern Section ballot Monday.

I think the Lancers will win with a score in the neighborhood of 35-21 . . .
