Duke-LBSU: An explanation as to why we didn't see it

Just received an email from Fox Sports West spokesperson Whitney Garvens, with this explanation as to why the Fox Sports South broadcast of tonight's Long Beach State-Duke basketball game was blacked out in Southern California:

"I was able to get in touch with Fox Sports South and they confirmed that they only have the rights to televise ACC games in the ACC footprint, except for the Sunday Night Hoops package. The same holds true for fans with ESPN's Full Court Package."
