Long Beach cut its deficit to 13 points (66-53) with about 7 1/2 minutes to play but came out losing by 21 points -- 84-63.
Duke hit 15 of 26 shots from behind the arc and blocked 10 Long Beach shots.
Still no definitive answer as to why the Fox Sports South broadcast of the game was blacked out in the Southland.
A Long Beach representative at the game said he was told that the blackout was ``on Foxs Sports West's end'' but a Fox Sports West spokesman said tonight that wasn't the case.
