On an afternoon when its All-Americas (Kyle SIngler and Jon Scheyer) were something short of that caliber, junior guard Nolan Smith's shooting -- and some impressing pounding on the offensive glass -- is why the Blue Devils playing on the final weekend of the season for the first time since 2004.

So the match-ups for Saturday's semifinals in Lucas Oil Stadium are: 3:07 p.m. (Pacific Time) Butler vs. Michigan State; and (40 minutes following the conclusion of the first game) Duke vs. West Virginia.

FYI: Many of the same players were on hand when West Virginia beat Duke in a second-round West Regional game two years ago
