Ohio State -- a No. 2 seed and the "favorite" in the Midwest following Kansas' loss to Northern Iowa last weekend -- just fell by the NCAA Tournament wayside, falling to No. 6 seed Tennessee, 76-73.

That means that all that remains in the Midwest (being played in St. Louis) are a 6, a 5 (Michigan State) and a 9 (Northern Iowa).

The Spartans and Panthers play in about 20 minutes.
