Senior forward Quincy Pondexter -- at Best in the West selection at Fresno's San Joaquin Memorial High whose father (Roscoe) and uncle (Clifton) played at Long Beach State -- hit a shot with 1.7 seconds to go to give the Washington Huskies an 80-78 victory over Marquette in San Jose.
The Huskies trailed by 15 points midway through the second half.
