Poly (67-64 at Etiwanda), Compton (69-53 at San Diego Hoover), Centennial (75-69 vs. Orange Lutheran) and Gahr (81-78 vs. Foothill High in Santa Ana) all bagged second-round State Southern Regional second-round games tonight -- three of those on the road!
Those wins created some sweet semifinal matchups for Saturday night:
Division I: Poly vs. defending state champion Westchester (there is a possibility the game could be play at a larger venue than in Westchester's gym).
Division II: Compton at Eisenhower
Division III: Gahr at Centennial.
