The Celtics certainly recovered very nicely -- so far -- from the blowout loss in Game 6 and lead by nine points after one quarter.

They were battered on the offensive glass early tonight but started clearing defensive rebounds and converting with some very efficient offensive execution.

Kobe Bryant hunted shots in the first quarter (he missed six of seven attempts). He needs to settle down and get teammates involved. He'll get plenty of much easier attempts that way.
