‘Alice in Wonderland’ exclusive art showcased at Nucleus

Head to Gallery Nucleus in Alhambra for the opening reception of the “Curiouser & Curiouser: Inspired by ‘Alice in Wonderland’” exhibition, from 7 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27. 

The free event will feature artists from Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland” and others celebrating and creating their vision of the iconic story. The exhibition will have exclusive concept art, production and film stills from the upcoming film.

There’s also a chance to win “Alice in Wonderland” merchandise. Here’s the scoop from the gallery: 
“Style yourself in your best Alice inspired attire and be entered for a chance to win ‘Alice’ merchandise, including an exclusive Alice in Wonderland print from award-winning artist and character designer Michael Kutsche.” 
Music will be provided by DJ Ronicus. Refreshments and snacks for opening night will be served by nearby tea spot Cha for Tea
The exhibition will continue until March 27. 
Nucleus Gallery is at 210 E. Main Street, Alhambra. There is free parking next to the gallery at Monterey Street and Bay State Street.
