Center of Grinberg Method Practitioners in Los Angeles is offering a free day of health and wellness from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31.
Complimentary sessions include 20-minute Grinberg Method bodywork sessions, nutrition consultations -- as well as pilates, yoga, belly dancing and Grinsberg method movement classes.

The county suggests you wait until there are more vaccines if you're not in the high risk group: pregnant women, people living with or caring for infants under 6 months, emergency medical services personnel and health care workers, 6-month- to 24-year-olds, and 25- to 64-year-olds with chronic medical conditions.
Local and national supply are limited, so it'd be a good idea to go early - think: store grand opening. You can also check the Los Angeles County Department of Health Website for a complete list that gets updated every two weeks here.
