Beckham beefcake

At this very moment Soccer superstar, dreamy David Beckham is hanging with Alacalde Amor at the Galaxy HQ in Carson being welcomed to LA (which is kinda ironic considering Carson isn't in L.A., but whatever). This poses a very important question: Will Beks and Posh outshine L.A.'s tarnished mayor?

Something strange is taking place in this town. Maybe not so strange, considering that L.A is the entertainment center of the world.
Photos of the Beckhams are appearing showing them half naked in bed in ecxtasy about something that just happened or is about to happen. S&S, Sex and Soccer seem to be morphing into a good money-making project. Lets hope that David Beckham is as good on the soccer field as he seems to be in the bedroom.

I want the U back and throw the new unimproved LA.COM You forgot "this day in history" and the new comics are not funny,.
A day without Dinette Set? Never knowing what happened to Lisa in Funky Winkerbean? No Garfield?
Lynn Johnston, creator of For Better or Worse, has announced she is ending the comic after this year. No wrap-up for LA.Com readers.
If money is the issue, and it usually is, shell out a bit more to the syndicated artists, fire the current Comics Editor and hire someone else at a more reasonable salary.
The new strips are not in the least amusing or interesting. At least One Big Happy shows the great relationship of children with grandparents.
I am sincere in that I will cancel my daily paper (after nearly 20 years).
Fine! Leave the mundane new strips and enlarge the comics section to include all that were removed. Now there is a solution. I'd rather see that than the Angelina, Paris 'n Posh show repeated daily.
