On that red sign, just behind Chavez and Ortega you can read "El supremo sueño de Bolivar" if that is "THE SUPREME DREAM OF BOLIVAR" El Libertador, that how Bolivar was called, must be turning and tossing in his grave, because is dream is turning into a nightmare of ther worst kind.
