Not only is the weather cooler and top-down perfect (no convertible owner wants to bake sitting on the 101), but the freeways have been blissfully flowing as of late. Tourist season, my friends, is over!
Which begs the question: When they do traffic studies around here, do they take into account the infuriating influx of tourists who pack the freeways for a few months, not knowing where they're going or how to properly drive on an L.A. roadway?
